    Step 1: Profile Review (10 mins)

    Check every platform you're active on:

    • Is your bio up to date?
    • Are your links working?
    • Is your branding consistent across platforms?
    • Does your profile clearly communicate what you do and who you serve?

    Step 2: Content Performance (20 mins)

    Look at your last 30 days of content:

    • Which posts got the most engagement?
    • Which got the least?
    • What content types performed best (video, carousel, static)?
    • What topics resonated most?

    Step 3: Audience Analysis (10 mins)

    Review your analytics:

    • Is your audience the right demographic for your business?
    • When are they most active?
    • Where are they located?

    Step 4: Competitor Check (10 mins)

    Look at 2-3 competitors:

    • What are they doing that you're not?
    • What are they doing that you could do better?

    Step 5: Action Plan (10 mins)

    Based on your findings, write down 3 specific changes you'll make in the next 30 days. Not ten changes. Three. Focus beats ambition.
